Brief Introduction
Industrial Use Hydraulic Grab Bucket Clamshell Grab include four-petal grabs, six-petal grabs, eight-petal grabs, and there are five types, which are single rope, double rope, four rope, motor, and hydraulic.
Clamshell grab is suitable for materials with harsh environment, irregular and difficult handling materials. Such as garbage, ore, scrap steel, aluminum ingots, limestone, gravel and other materials for loading and unloading and transfer. The grab has been widely used in dumps, scrap yards, ports, mines, railways. (Motor grab cannot be launched in water)

Crane grab maintenance
1.When using, first take the grab on the fixed block grab can open and close freely;
2.Check the oil hole parts and the butter is filled;
3.check whether the connection parts slacken, or loose, must first tight;
4.adjust the wire rope before operation, the balance of grab in a free state;
Grab bucket coiling schemes:
There are two sets of reel in the bridge crane, each group of the two wire rope tied on opposite sides of the grab bucket balance frame inclined shell or (wire loop with a cord round), as a support for steel rope. Another group of two root for opening and closing steel rope, they respectively through the rope wheel, the head pulley, beam under the pulley block and tackle formation, the opening of the grab bucket effect.
