IE3 Motor THREE-PHASE MOTOR:

High-efficiency motors have a 20% reduction in energy consumption than general motors.

The motor housing is all made of aluminum.

It has the advantages of good performance, low noise, slight vibration, safe and reliable operation, beautiful appearance, small size, lightweight, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. In addition, the product has the advantages of waterproof, dust-proof, low anti-corrosion vibration, energy saving, high efficiency, good heat dissipation and washing, and long service life.

IE3 Motor MATERIAL:

1. Use 3940 Magnetic slot wedge, heated and extruded by epoxy resin and fiberglass.
2. Use DMD high-temperature insulating paper combined with mylar limpness composite material and polyester non-woven fabric thin film.
3. Use a High temperature resistant 180℃ Cable line.
4. Use Oxyhydrogen carbon-free welding technology. Dense flame, strong welding, and carbon embrittlement-free.

Site conditions Motors are suitable for the most working environment at a temperature from -15°C t0 +40°C and an altitude below 1000 meters.
Insulation The motors' insulation system is set to Class F(105K), examined by Class B(80K), which ensures the life span and reliability of the motors.
Motor protection Motors can be installed with PTC, PT100 used winding and bearing temperature measurement on request.
Voltage and frequency The standard voltage and frequency is 380V 50HZ and can be set to any single voltage in the range of 200-660V at a frequency of 50 or 60HZ. The motors work well within variations of ±5% from the rated voltage.
Vibration Motors are designed for vibration class A; vibration class B is available on request.

Cooling and ventilation The standard cooling method is enclosed fan cooled(TEFC) by IC411 of IEC60034-6. Standard motors are equipped with auxiliary plastic fans.
Winding 100% Copper Wire
Protection class The standard protection class is IP54/IP55, which can be used in humid and dusty environments. Higher degrees of protection are available.
