Single Phase Induction Motor DESCRIPTION

YC series single-phase asynchronous motor applied to general machinery and equipment without special requirements, such as agricultural machinery, food machinery, fan, water pump, machine, mixing machine, air compressor.

Ambient Temperature: -15°C~40°C

Altitude: not exceed 1000 Meter

Rated Voltage: 380V or any voltage between 220-1140V

Rated Frequency: 50Hz/60Hz

Protection Class: IP44, IP54, IP55

Insulation Class: B/F

Cooling Method: IC0141

Working Duty: S1(Continuous)

Humidity: Lower than 90%

Connection: Star-connection for up to 3kW; Delta-connection for 4kW and above

PRODUCTS DETAILS

Site conditions Motors are suitable for the most working environment at a temperature from -15°C t0 +40°C and an altitude below 1000 meters.
Insulation The motors' insulation system is set to Class F(105K), examined by Class B(80K), which ensures the lifespan and reliability of the motors.
Motor protection Motors can be installed with PTC, PT100 used winding and bearing temperature measurement on request.
Voltage and frequency The standard voltage and frequency is 380V 50HZ and can be set to any single voltage in the range of 200-660V at a frequency of 50 or 60HZ. The motors work well within variations of ±5% from the rated voltage.
Vibration Motors are designed for vibration class A. Vibration class B is available on request.
Duty Continuous(S1)
Cooling and ventilation The standard cooling method is totally enclosed fan cooled(TEFC) following IC411 of IEC60034-6. Standard motors are equipped with auxiliary plastic fans.
Winding 100% Copper Wire
Protection class The standard protection class is IP54/IP55, which can be used in humid and dusty environments. Higher degrees of protection are available.
