5 ton 10 ton Single Girder Chinese Gantry Crane for Industrial Factory

Gantry crane is similar to a bridge crane, but instead of moving on suspended runways, the crane uses legs to support the bridge, and the electric hoist. The crane legs travel on fixed rails embedded in, or laid on top of the floor.
Gantry crane is used in an outdoor or indoor applications where full beams and columns can’t be installed, or may be used below an existing bridge crane system. Wireless remote control frame crane can most commonly be found in shipyards, railyards, special outdoor projects like the construction of a bridge, or in places like steel mills where overhead room may be an issue.

We received the inquiry from this client on April 6, 2019. But at that time, they told us they were looking for overhead crane.

After checking the design drawing of their workshop, we found that it cost too much to add steel structures to support overhead crane. And on the other hand, it was not easy to meet customer’s requirement on lifting height by overhead crane. Finally we recommended gantry crane design with European type electric hoist.

Our client was moved by our design since we were considering saving cost from the perspective of customers but not focused on profit. They did not ask any discount for Proforma Invoice and paid the deposit on April 21, 2019. When the 5 tons single girder gantry crane arrived at client’s factory, they are very satisfied because we treated each package well.
