Technical data
Dongtai QY Series Crane Use Hardened Gear Reducer is mainly used in crane lifting, running, turning and luffing mechanisms. It can also be used for the transmission mechanism of various machineries such as metallurgical, mining, chemical, and light industry. The gearbox housing body is welded with steel plates, treated under annealing for stress removal, and processed by boring and milling center. The gear is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is carburized and quenched, finally tooth grinding in constant temperature workshop with 6 or 5 grade level. The product is stable and reliable.
Product Features
1. The QY series crane reducer includes QYD foot-mounted and QYS three-supporting points on basis on installation form.
2. It contains three stage and four stage transmission, four stage transmission ratios provide a prerequisite for the generalization of slow speed cranes
3. The gear has been properly modified for gear profile, and the gear shaft has been modified for helical line. The tooth load is evenly distributed, high strength, low noise and low vibration.
4. The three-supporting point reducer can be installed vertically, horizontally, or even at a certain angle, which is convenient and flexible.
5. Generally use oil immersion lubrication, natural cooling, forced lubrication with circulating oil is adopted during vertical installation or special circumstances.
Max radial load of gearbox reductor
The allowable maximum radial load of reducer output shaft end is applied on the central of shaft extension length, see tables below for its value.

The allowed instantaneous torque of reducer output shaft end is 2.7 times of the rated torque.
Characteristic of gearbox reductor
(1) Preferential design is applied in main parameter such as center distance and nominal drive ratio,which guarantee good interconnection between key parts and components.
(2) All gears are made of high quality alloy stee land treated with carburising and quenching,with tooth surface hardness up to 54-6HRC
(3) Small size ,light weight,high precision,large carrying capacity,high efficiency,long service life,high reliability ,stable driving and low noise
(4) Normally oil sump lubrication is used with cooling naturally.If thermal power can not be achieved,circular oil lubrication or fan may be used and cooled with cooling coil pipe.
Application of gearbox reductor
(1) Input rotage speed n1 is≤ 1500r/min
(2) Gear wheel driving peripheral speed is ≤ 20m/sec
(3) Ambient temperature is -40 °C ~50 °C .If it is less than 0 °C ,lurbricant should be preheated to more than 0 °C before startup.Running both forward and backward are abailable for this reducer.
(4) Applicable for the industries such as metallurgy,mine,chemical industry,construction materials,hoisting ,transprotation,textile ,paper making ,instrument,plastic,rubber,enginering machinery and energy industry.
