Brief Intriduction
European Standard Electric Hoist is a special lifting equipment, mounted on the overhead cranes, gantry cranes. It with small size, light weight, simple operation, easy to use features, usually be used in industrial and mining enterprises, storage terminals and other places. It is with low headroom hoist trolley, which is installed on the bottom flange of the main beam. The low headroom hoist allows maximum effective use of the available lifting height.
Main Feature
1. Reducer
Adopt third-step reducer powered by conic motor, all gears and driving axle assembly heated in special process, and thanks to the cast hoist cover and separate-unit reducer, it guarantee a good leak-resist characters and easy maintenance.
2. Upper/Bottom Limit
Thanks to upper and bottom limit, this can cut the circuit automatically to keep the hoist in good conditions in case the wrong operations occurred, so the wire rope hoist can use longer.
3. Wire Rope Cable
Use the GB1102-74(6*37+1) wire rope, it guarantees the lift wire rope durable.
4. Conic Motor
Lifting motor adopt conic motor, which can guarantee the brake operation be sound all the time without extra brake-device. The work mechanism of wire rope hoist 25%, insulation class meets grade B or F, then motors protection grade meet IP44/IP54.
5. Control-Unit
Portable control-unit, wire and remote control available.
