1. The axis of the output shaft of the reducer and the connecting part of the working machine should be coaxial, and the rotation by hand must be flexible.
2. After the reducer is installed, clean lubricating oil must be injected into the box to the height specified by the oil standard.
Change the oil with new oil, and flush out the internal oil stains. After that, change the oil every 1500-3000 hours of operation. The lubricating oil generally adopts HJ-40,
HJ-50 mechanical oil, HJ-20, HJ-30 gear oil can also be used.
3. The operation of the reducer should be stable without shock vibration and oil leakage. The temperature rise should not exceed 40℃, and the maximum oil temperature should not exceed 80℃.
4. In the actual operation, when the oil temperature suddenly rises and abnormal noise occurs, it should be stopped immediately to check and correct the fault before it can be used again.
