It is applicable to the ground of Coal Mine, metal mine and non-metal mine or the inclined roadway and shaft under the well for lifting materials and personnel.

Working principle:When starting the main motor, the rotor of the motor transmits the power to the high-speed axis of the reducer through the elastic coupling, and then transmits the power to the principal axis device through the driving and slowing down of the reducer through the gear coupling, if the steering of the motor is constantly changed, the reel can be twined or the steel wire rope can be loosened, so that the lifting container can make the periodic movement of up and down in the wellbore.

Representation of product model:The model representation method of elevator should accord with the provisions of MT/T 154.8-1996 "formation method of model of coal mine machinery products.

The diameter of the reel is 2 m, and the width is 1.8 m. The product model of the single reel and single rope winding type mine elevator which adopts non-explosion resistance speed control is: JK-2 × 1.8;

The diameter of the reel is 3.5 m, and the width is 2.8 m. The product model of the single reel and single rope winding type mine elevator adopting non-explosion-proof frequency conversion speed control is: JK-3.5 × P;

First, the lowest value of wire rope safety factor meets the following requirements:1,9 times for lifting personnel; 2.Lifting personnel and materials (9 times for lifting personnel, 9 times for mixed lifting, 7.5 times for lifting materials ); 3,designed for lifting materials 6.5 times.

Second, the ratio of the diameter of the drum and the diameter of the wire rope of the mine hoist should not be less than 80 times; the ratio of the diameter of the drum and the diameter of the wire rope of the mine hoist should not be less than 60 times.

The number of wire rope winding layers on the reel shall meet the following requirements:1, of well lifting personnel or the movements of personnel and material of winding 1 layer; designed for lifting material of winding 2 layer;2. Winding 2 layers of lifting personnel and materials in inclined shaft; designed for winding 3 layers of lifting materialsWinding 2 layers of lifting personnel and materials during well construction.
