Equipment Structure of drum type sieving machine:

The drum-type sieving machine consists of five parts: drum, frame, funnel, reducer and motor.

It mainly includes three parts:

1. Rack part: the rack of this machine is welded with excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, reaching the purpose of using this machine.

2. Transmission screening part: This part adopts combined screen, which is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission wheel through the coupling, and the screen is installed and welded on the roller cage of the main shaft. The material enters from the feeding end, continuously rotates and classifies in the rolling cage, and flows out evenly from the lower outlet, which effectively separates the finished product from the returned material, thus improving the working efficiency.

3. Transmission connection part: the motor drives the belt pulley, triangle belt and speed reducer to drive, making the spindle rotate to work, among which the transmission speed reducer and the working part of the main engine all adopt the shaft pin type coupling joint tooth-joint transmission drive, convenient assembly and maintenance.

Working Principle of drum-type sieving machine:

After the materials enter the roller from the feed Inlet, on one hand, they will be screened as the roller rotates; On the other hand, the materials with large granularity will flow forward along the slope of the roller, and will be screened out gradually through the screens of different meshes. After being sifted out, the materials fall into their own funnel, and then are transported out manually or transported to the finished product stack by self-flow.
