Add qualified raw materials into the high-efficiency mixer according to The proportioning requirements and mix them evenly;

Deliver to the disc feeder, and clean the iron substances in the materials during the process of conveying;

The materials in the disc feeding machine enter into the extrusion granulator evenly, and the materials are forced to pass through the two press rolls and be squeezed into slices. The slices are crushed into pieces by the coarse grinder under the press rolls and then sifted; the materials on the sieve continue to be broken and sifted;

The semi-finished products are transported to the finished product screening machine; The fine particles after screening are directly returned to the disc feeding machine; The large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and then returned to the disc feeding machine;

The selected qualified products are transported to the full-automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and storage.
