Why Can We Always Ensure Excellent Quality

Quality Control

Raw material procurement quality control

  • Supplier evaluation and selection

Strictly evaluate the raw material suppliers, including their production capacity, quality system, reputation and other aspects. Establish a list of qualified suppliers and audit suppliers regularly to ensure that they continue to provide raw materials that meet quality requirements. For example, for copper suppliers, check the source of their copper ore and smelting process to ensure the purity and quality of copper.

  • Raw material inspection

All raw materials entering the company must be strictly inspected. For conductor materials such as copper and aluminum, test their conductivity, purity, mechanical properties and other indicators. Insulation materials and sheath materials should be checked for their temperature resistance, insulation resistance, mechanical strength, flame retardancy and other properties. For example, the tensile strength and elongation at break of polyvinyl chloride insulation materials are tested by professional testing equipment. Any raw materials that do not meet the quality standards are resolutely returned.

Production process quality control

  • Production process specifications

Develop detailed and scientific production process documents covering all aspects of wire and cable production, including wire drawing, stranding, insulation extrusion, cabling, sheath extrusion, etc. Clarify the parameters of each process link, such as temperature, speed, pressure, etc., and require operators to operate strictly in accordance with the process specifications. For example, during the insulation extrusion process, the temperature and screw speed of the extruder are precisely controlled to ensure uniform thickness and stable quality of the insulation layer.

  • Equipment maintenance and management

Regularly maintain and service the production equipment, establish equipment files, and record the equipment's operating status, maintenance history and other information. Real-time monitoring of key equipment is carried out to promptly detect and handle equipment failures. For example, the tension control system of the stranding machine is regularly calibrated to ensure uniform pitch and tension of the stranded wires to prevent looseness or overtightness.

  • Online quality inspection

Multiple quality inspection points are set up on the production line to conduct real-time inspection of semi-finished products. Advanced inspection technologies are used, such as laser diameter gauges to detect the outer diameter of wires and cables, and high-frequency spark testers to check the integrity of the insulation layer. Once a quality problem is found, the machine is immediately stopped and adjusted to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process.

Finished product quality control

  • Finished product inspection

Each batch of finished wire and cable products must be fully inspected. Inspection items include appearance inspection (whether there are scratches, bubbles, pitting, etc.), electrical performance tests (insulation resistance, withstand voltage test, etc.), and mechanical performance tests (tensile strength, bending test, etc.). Strict testing is carried out in accordance with relevant national standards and industry standards to ensure that the quality of finished products meets the requirements.

  • Sampling inspection and batch management

Scientific sampling methods are used to conduct sampling inspections on finished products to evaluate the quality status of the entire batch of products. At the same time, detailed records are kept for each batch of products, including production time, production process parameters, raw material batches, inspection results and other information, to facilitate product traceability and quality analysis.

  • Quality improvement and feedback

In-depth analysis of quality problems found in finished product inspections to find out the root causes of the problems. Feedback quality problems to the production department in a timely manner, and take effective improvement measures to prevent problems from recurring. Regularly conduct statistical analysis of quality data, summarize the experience and deficiencies in quality control work, and continuously optimize the quality control system.
Packaging and storage quality control

  • Packaging specifications

Select appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods according to the type and characteristics of wire and cable products. The packaging should effectively protect the product from damage during transportation and storage, and the labeling should be clear, including product model, specification, length, production date, batch and other information, so that customers can identify and use it.

  • Storage condition control

Establish a special finished product storage warehouse to keep the warehouse environment dry, well ventilated, and suitable for temperature and humidity. Wires and cables of different specifications and models should be stored separately to avoid mutual squeezing and damage. Stored products should be inspected regularly to ensure that the quality of the products is not affected during storage.
