4. How should my artwok be submitted?

Submitting your artwork is very simple, there are however a few basic rules. Please take your time to read the requirements as it will help to speed up the order and ensure that your Stickers or Labels look as good as possible.

  • The preferred format for your artwork in ai. eps. or pdf.
  • In addition we can use files from PSD, Coreldraw, InDesign, or high quality (600 dpi) JPG, BMP or TIFF files from other programs
  • If in doubt, save or export as a PDF file and we will do the rest.
  • Place all images in your artwork as CMYK and for optimum colour accuracy designate spot colours using the Pantone Solid Coated swatches in your graphics program.
  • The length and width dimensions represent the maximum label size you require regardless of shape…the exact shape is determined from the cut line in your artwork as illustrated below.
  • When supplying print ready files allow minimum 1.5mm bleed
  • Please outline all text on finished artwork


5. What are the proof types options from you? Can I get a samples for custom label stickers before order prodution?

A: We have several options for proofing your custom labels prior to printing them.

Printed Proof – You can order and receive a printed proof of your custom labels and stickers. The printed proof comes at full resolution with the exact material and laminate that you order. And after you order, we could refund part of sample cost depending on the total order amount.

Electronic Proof – The fastest proof we send is the electronic proof. It is emailed to you through our email. After getting your desiigns, our designer will add cut shapes, do some required adjustments etc on your design, then save it as PDF,JPG proof etc .You could check the size, contents,cut shape etc from the electronic proof.

No Proof – If you do not desire to have Boyue company send you a proof at all, we will be glad to transition your order directly into the printing phase of the production process. Of course,before order production, we also send you the electronic proofs, and we will take pictures for you after the label stickers are finished.

6. Could you help me to arrange the shipment if I order?

A: Of course. We could help you on the door to door shippng service.We promise there is no any hidden freight or cost charged by us
