Q:If we do not have design, how can we do?
A: If you do not have design in AI, CoreldRAW or PFD format, our proffessional design team will provide, it is free. Before design, pls give us your detail requirements. We will issue the design layout to you for approving the artwork.

Q:How can we approve sample?
A: We will send the sample to you under the lowest shipping cost and it will be collected before the sample sent out. Or send clear picture by email.

Q:Payment term?
A: The paymen term as follows: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, etc.

Q:Can I get reference sample?
A: Yes,you can get reference sample of product. But pls make your request more specific since there are many kinds of label. Pls tell us what kind of product you are interested, what material, size, technics, then we will send you the most relevant reference samples. Q:What is the MOQ?
A: We accpet small order for the product as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the
requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability
of material, MOQ needed to start the machine and the cost of production. The MOQ will be varied according various product line which is show in our enquiry form. Pls also take note the price of the product for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Q:Does the price quoted include freight?
A: All prices are mostly in EXW since most products are tailor made. We know the weight and packing size of the product only after the sample and goods are made.

Q: How much for shipping cost?
A: As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost before the product be made. But once the sample is completed, we can estimated the lowest shipping cost.
