Description

Introduction

  1. Adopting horizontal frame structure, hydraulic loading, digital display test parameters.
  2. It is composed of loading frame, hydraulic pack, digital display system, safe protection system, functional parts, etc.
  3. Adopting digital lower machine, connected with pressure sensor and to control the oil pump, steel strand is loaded by cross-core jack driven by oil pump.
  4. According GB/T21839-2008 Testing Method for Prestressed Concrete Steel, hydraulic loading, sensor, mini-computer and data processing technology is adopted, it is mainly used in 20 degree skew axial tensile testing for prestressed steel strand (diameter of steel strand more than 12.5mm but less than 18mm) and determine the reduction coefficient of max. Load and skew tensile coefficient D.
