1. Main structure:

1.1. The main machine use high degree of portal frame structure, high strength, small deformation.

1.2. Use imported high accuracy ball screw, transmission efficient and smoothly.

1.3. Transmission part adopts arc-gear synchronous belt transmission, the transmission process two-way gapless.

1.4. Use AC sevor motor driving to make sure transmission smoothly, moment of force steady. Equiped with over-current, over-voltage, over-load protection device, speed regulation ratio reach 1:100000.

1.5. Specially designed grips, gripping firm, easy operation and no jaw sliding condition.

2. Controlling system:

2.1. Implements the test force, deformation and beam displacement and test process four types of closed loop control.

2.2. Data collection system is consist of 4 ways of high accuracy 24 place A/D shift channels. The highest resolution can be 1/300000, entirely no step.

2.3. Use BB,AD,Xilinx such brand integrated device, all digital design.

2.4. Meet the standard requirement of PCI, computer automatically recognition and installation.

2.5. The electric measuring system do not have potentiometer and such analogue element, ensure interchangeability, convenient to repair and replacement.
