‚ Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank move into the oil line through motor drive the high pressure pump, it will pass through the single-way valve, high pressure filter,differential pressure valve group, servo valve and move into the oil pump.The computer gave signal to the servo valve to control the servo valve’s opening and direction and then to control flow to the oil pump and realize the constant speed test force control.

The system include the digital servo valve, high precision transducer, controller and software,it is high precision and good reliability. It can meet the standard of GB, ISO, ASTM’s requirements to the cement, sand pulp and concrete material.
The system has the following functions:
The force closed loop control function;
It can realize the equal load rate and stress rate loading;
With computer control to realize the electronic measurement and finish the test automatically.
The test results can be calculated and printed by computer automatically.
