The elevator COP(Car Operation Panel) is the internal Operation Panel of the elevator, through which passengers can control the Operation of the elevator. In general, COP includes the following basic functions and buttons:
Floor button: there will be one or more rows of floor buttons on the COP to select the floor to which to take the elevator. Passengers can press the corresponding floor button to select the target floor.
Open and close buttons: open and close buttons are usually used on the COP to control the opening and closing of the elevator door. Passengers can press the door button to open the elevator door, or press the door button to close the elevator door.
Alarm button: There will also be an alarm button on the COP, which is used to send distress signals to the outside world in case of emergency. When passengers are in danger or need help, they can press the alarm button to seek help.
