Basic Information

Production process of solar aluminum frame
1. Extrusion of the solar aluminum frame, that is, put the aluminum round cast rod into the extrusion machine, extrude it through the aluminum frame mold, and immediately quench and cool it quickly.
2. Straightening of the aluminum frame: The aluminum profile that has just been extruded is relatively soft and will be bent and deformed, requiring a straightening machine. Then saw off the head and tail of the material, and send it to the aging furnace for aging.
3. Aging: it is heated to a certain temperature and kept for a certain period of time, thereby greatly improving the strength of the aluminum profile.
4. Aluminum frame sandblasting: Send the aging aluminum profile to the sandblasting machine for surface sandblasting. After sandblasting, the surface of the solar aluminum frame can form a matte effect, which is very beautiful.
5. Anodizing: In order to make the frame more corrosion-resistant by anodizing the surface of the solar frame, the oxide film thickness of the general solar frame profile is thicker than that of the material, and the corrosion resistance is stronger. Generally, there are two types of solar frames: black oxidation and natural oxidation.
The difference between black oxidation and natural oxidation is that there is an additional process, that is, the frame is placed in a black metal salt solution before sealing, so that the metal salt is adsorbed in the pores of the oxide film, and then the pores are sealed.
6. Aluminum frame film: Because the surface of the solar aluminum frame has high requirements and cannot have scratches or scratches, the aluminum oxide profile should be filmed.
7. Aluminum frame sawing: sawing according to the size requirements of the long side and short side of the frame. Use a double-ended saw with a 45-degree bevel so that one person can cut it in one step.
8. Frame punching, mounting holes, grounding marks and riveting points, among which punching, mounting holes and grounding marks can be completed at one time with a combined mold.
9. Short side corners: both ends of the short side need to be inserted with corners and then punched and riveted, so that the corners are fixed and will not loosen.
10. Check the solar aluminum frame: This step includes machine inspection and manual inspection. The stamped frame is placed on the inspection table to check whether the processing size is qualified and whether there are missing processing steps. Then manually inspect the surface one by one for scratches, black spots, uneven color, etc.
11. Pack the tray well, put the long side and short side into their respective trays after inspection, and separate each layer with paper to prevent scratches. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and wrap it in packing tape. If it needs to be exported, it needs to be fixed with wooden boards, and then packed on cartons.
