Basic Information

Precaution:
1) Repair the extruder to make it work smoothly without shaking, and adjust the center of the extruder, the extrusion cylinder and the die to make the concentricity of the three meet the specified requirements;
2) Correct the length of the mold sizing belt to ensure the aluminum profile flows evenly;
3) Appropriately reduce the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed;

Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments.
