3. Judgment of Common Quality Abnormalities

A Spotting appears on the surface. This abnormality is generally caused by poor metal quenching and tempering or the material itself is too poor. The treatment method is to re-heat treatment. or change the material.

Iridescence appears on the surface of B. This abnormality is generally caused by anode operation errors. , loose when hanging, resulting in poor electrical conductivity of the product. , The treatment method is to re-anodize the power and re-anodize it.

C, the surface is bruised and scratched seriously. This kind of abnormality is generally caused by the carelessness of the operation during transportation or processing.

D, White spots appear on the surface during dyeing. , This abnormality is generally caused by oil or other impurities in the water during anode operation.

Fourth, quality standards

1) The film thickness is 5-25um, the hardness is above 200HV, and the color change rate in the sealing test is less than 5%

2) The salt spray test is more than 36 hours, and can reach the CNS standard of grade 9 or above

3) The appearance should not have bumps, scratches, colorful clouds, etc. There should be no hanging points, yellowing and other undesirable phenomena on the surface

A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
