Introduction of processing flow:
⑴ incoming inspection. Check profile section size, profile straightness, blank length, surface quality as required, paying special attention to surface defects.
⑵ milling processing. For the reverse T-shaped frame, the section of the profile needs to be milled before bending. In order to ensure that the size after the bending meets the requirements, we perform milling on the gantry milling machine, and the processing size reaches the nominal value +2mm.
(3) Pre-stretching and bending. On the stretch bending machine, the blank is pre-stretched by controlling the stretch-bending parameters (stretch-bending force, stretch-bending angle, etc.) by using the stretch-bending die and the stretch-bending chuck to meet the pre-forming requirements.
⑷ repair. Check the flatness and angle of the two surfaces to ensure that these values meet the requirements. For the R value, you can use a three-roll roll bender to assist in trimming, and trim it to our predetermined shape.
⑸ Inspection after pre-tensioning and bending. Check that the flatness, angle, and section width of the two surfaces meet the requirements, and the value of R1000mm reaches our predetermined shape.
⑹Transportation and preservation after quenching. In order to ensure the new quenched state of the aluminum alloy material, it is necessary to store the parts at a temperature lower than -10 ℃ before forming after quenching. The temperature of the car should be lower than -10°C.
⑺ Make up the bend. On the stretch-bending machine, the semi-finished products are re-bent by controlling the parameters of the stretch-bending (pull-bending force, stretch-bending angle, etc.) by using the stretch-bending die and the stretch-bending chuck to meet the final requirements; According to the specific conditions of different parts, the side pulling and trimming can be selectively carried out to achieve the ideal shape and size.
⑻ repair. On the calibration platform, use auxiliary tools such as hammer for trimming, and when necessary, use the calibration inspection die for knocking trim.
⑼ Inspection. Use the inspection die to cooperate with calipers and feeler gauges for inspection to ensure compliance with customer technical requirements and drawing requirements.
⑽ fitter. Use polishing tools such as scouring pads to decorate and clean the surface, and mark parts and test pieces to ensure traceability.
