We manufactured these twin rolls for a large OEM. The majority of our chill rolls are chrome plated, but these are nickel plated. Customization is our middle name.

The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc. The roller surface adopts sand treatments to satisfy different mist side effects.
