Specifications:

1) Mainly used for sizing and coloring, and is applicable for the industries of plastic, leather, paper and carton machinery;

2) Dusting roller or measling roller is mainly used for the compounding of non-woven cloth and garment cloth.

1) With complete aniloxs, shapes and specifications, can be chosen among 10~600 lines/inch according to the requirements of the users;

2) Adopting 45# seamless pipes, with inner-hole processing, welding and annealing treatment;

3) Capable of rectifying static balance and Grade E mobile balance below 300 rolls/min;

4) Shaft alignment ≤ 0.025mm/2000m;

5) The hardness of chromeplate after polishing is above HRC62.


Introduction of Embossing roller


Mateirial is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel welding, stress, tempeping, quenching heat treatment etc. Intermediate is reasonable installed channel or jacket, temperature difference on roller surface is less than +1 degree. Concentrity is less than 0.02mm. The roller surface can be made into various dermatoglyphic pattern, high degree of simulation. It is widly used for embossing processing of PVC, PE, PP, ABS, etc.

The surface of the roller can be made into various geometric shapes, in cluding wood, stripe etc, and make the embossing processing on the surface of plastic foam board, cabinet and various wood plastic composite de cking, wall panel and other products.
