Description of LiFePO4 Battery:
Lithium - lron - Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery offers a higher charge/discharge cycles, about 3,000 cycles at 100% DOD (depth of discharge). LiFePO4 cathode is intrinsically safer than the LiCo02 or the manganese cathode. We provides a complete line of 12, 24 and 48 volt batteries for use in RV' s, boats, EV' s and off-grid applications and much more. Our wide variety of standard and high performance batteries ensure we have what you need, when you need it.
Period of Warranty
The period of warranty is 36 months from the date of shipment. MAXLI guarantees to give a replacement in case of battery with defects proven due to manufacturing process instead of the customer abuse and misuse.
CAPACITY
150 ampere hours. Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 150 amp hours. MaxLi LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges.
LIFECYCLES (BATTERY LIFESPAN)
Up to 100% capacity for 3,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 400 cycles. Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.
LiFePO4 Battery Performance and Test Conditions
1. Standard test conditions
Test should be conducted with new batteries within one week after shipment from our factory and the batteries shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise specified, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 20±5℃ and relative humidity of 45~85%. If it is judged that the test results are not affected by such conditions, the tests may be conducted at temperature 15~30℃ and humidity 25~85%RH.
2. Standard Charge/Discharge
Standard Charge: 0.2C
Charging shall consist of charging at a 0.2C constant current rate until the battery reaches 14.6V. The battery shall then be charged at constant voltage of 14.6 volts while tapering the charge current. Charging shall be terminated when the charging current has tapered to 0.05CA. Charge time: Approx 7.0h, The battery shall demonstrate no permanent degradation when charged between 0 ºC and 45 ºC.
Standard Discharge: 0.2C
Battery shall be discharged at a constant current of 0.2C to 10V @ 20º ± 5C.
