Our company has advanced production equipment, supporting facilities and technology. Our manufacturing facilities such as head injection machine, were purchased from both inside and outside the country. We are perfectly capable of producing the products according to your design and supplying good quality products to meet different customers’ demands.

After years of development, Valcon now has all sorts of advanced equipment and exquisite excellent technology. We have our own production line which involves in tube extrusion, head injection, printing, foil seal, capping, end sealing, final inspection, packaging and loading. We offer tube extrusions and injection head of different sizes that meet the needs of a wide range of package applications. All the tubes can be decorated with offset printing, silkscreen printing and hot stamping according to your own artworks and you could choose foil seal or end sealing according to your needs. Before loading, all the products will be checked by inspectors. Our tube production line has the advantages of high output, fast operation, high yield of finished products and saving manpower. We guarantee the quality and lead time, help the customers to control the cost. We have a unique and profound understanding of the tube industry.

Our company covers an area of 20 acres, more than 10,000 square meters of which are factory buildings. Our Research and Development Centre is backed by the perfect production line, especially the testing system. Our laboratory is equipped with complete testing equipment and specially-assigned persons will be responsible for the test, including measurement of gas leakage, to guarantee the quality of products.

Besides our company employs domestic first-class talents, and continue to introduce advanced production technology of plastic. It makes our abilities of R & D stronger.

Our company has four departments: the Comprehensive Department, the Business Department, the Biotechnology Department, the Quality Control Department. Every year the Valcon family will have tea party, go outside and team building for leisure, and always have fire drill, abandon drill for safety and safe production, the production knowledge training, TQM quality management, inspection training for mass production.

Valcon Industries was founded in 2003 with overcoming many difficulties on it’s way to success. At the beginning, it’s only about 4,000 square meters in another place, and now it has been developed to about 15,000 ㎡ and moved to this new plant. The total land size with separate warehouse, production department, office building, dormitory and so on.

At the beginning, Valcon only produces plastic tubes for cosmetics, and later on some customer requests bottles and jars for sample size. So we opened new lines for PE jars and bottles 10 year ago and also enlarged the factory area. This year Valcon Industries is introducing new lines for PET bottles this year and it commit to innovation for better development.
