The manufacturing process of a finished laminated tube can be divided into three main processes.

First is the laminating process, which can be done in four steps -- blow film, laminating, slitting and printing. Once the printed laminated part are finished, then move to the second process and ready for tubing, shouldering and head injection. Then a laminated tube has been finished.

Then we will move to the last steps for punching, foil sealing and screw cap. If the customer need end sealed tubes, we will make the tube hold, and then seal the end of the tube, the caps and tubes will be packed separately.
