Suzhou Valcon Industries CO.,LTD was established in 2003. As a professional and experienced supplier, Valcon has a long history in producing cosmetic plastic tubes and well cooperated with customers and traders. We often go to visit the customers and they also visit our factory. They were impressed by our QC systems.
Firstly, we check carefully the raw material, the caps, the outside packaging, all the thing that we purchased. We have professional inspection team and equipment to test if the goods meet our standards. Second, we also have inspectors that will check the production during the whole production line. Third, we will check every tubes before packing them into cartons. Finally the inspector leader will check again if every finished tubes are meet our standards before shipping them out. In a word, we have IQC, IPQC, OQC and FQC that will be implemented in the whole production.
