Brief Introduction:

The industrial chemical cosmetic heating and mixing plant is designed for the manufacture of cosmetic cream emulsion gels and liquid washing products. We use pharmaceutical grade stainless steel with electric heating, high shear homogeniser emulsifier mixer, wall scraper stirrer agitator, triple stainless steel working pot, mixing paddle and control cabinet. Each function can be controlled individually. Working capacity 50L-200000L can be customized according to customer requirements. For making cosmetic cream emulsion gels, liquid soap cleaners, dishwashing detergent soaps, facial cleansers, emulsion products, chemical industry cleaning products and personal care products.

Features:

1. The Omnidirectional wall scraping and mixing adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed. At low temperatures and high viscosity, it can reduce the formation of bubbles.
