This Machine is suitable for filling materials with high viscosity. It adopts pneumatic filling, electric heating for the hopper and tube, also assembled with mixing functions. The whole machine is with easy cleaning, convenient operation and conforms to GMP standard

  • Main Features:

    ● 30L large capacity hopper, hopper and nozzle are removable, easy to clean.(Can be customized)

    ● Real-time stirring of materials to prevent precipitation and solidification.

    ● Water circulation heating, temperature can be set, heating block, anti-corrosion. The inter layer is heated, the operation is not in contact with the material, and the safety is guaranteed.

    ● The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 material, and the 320-eye mirror is polished to resist rust and corrosion.

    ● Precise filling nozzle, built-in check valve, wire drawing anti-drip blow-off function, accurate filling without clogging.

    ● The filling volume can be adjusted by hand, and the filling volume scale can be adjusted within the adjustment range.

    ● There are two modes: pedal mode and automatic mode, and the interval time can be set according to the viscosity of different materials.
