The machine is equipped with multiple filling nozzles, which allows for simultaneous filling of multiple tubes. This feature increases the production capacity of the machine and can improve efficiency in manufacturing facilities or packaging plants.

The operator loads empty plastic tubes onto the machine, and then manually adjusts the filling volume and speed settings to meet the desired requirements for each nozzle. Once the settings are adjusted, the operator activates the filling process by pressing a button, and the machine dispenses the product into each tube simultaneously. After the tubes are filled, the ultrasonic sealing process is automatically initiated, which seals the tubes and prevents any leaks.
