0.10mm-2.20mm PEFN Grade one Overcoat polyamide Copper Wire Thermal Class 155 For general motor

Grade one is the thinnest insulation grade for applications where space and weight are critical.

PEWF Grade one enameled wire is made of high purity copper as conductor material, which ensures good electrical conductivity and signal transmission efficiency, and reduces resistance loss.

High Performance Varnish Coating: Advanced polyesterimide-nylon (PEWF) composite varnish is used to provide the wire with excellent insulation properties, preventing current leakage and improving voltage resistance.

High Temperature Resistance Characteristics: PEWF insulating varnish has excellent high temperature resistance and is able to work stably in environments up to 155°C, making it suitable for a variety of high-temperature application scenarios.

Excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance: The smooth and tough surface of the enameled wire is resistant to mechanical abrasion and chemical corrosion, extending the service life of the wire.

Wide range of applications: PEWF Grade one enameled wire is widely used in the manufacture of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, coils, and in a variety of high-temperature, high-pressure and high-frequency working environments.
