HEVW -240P Polyimide Corona Resistant Enameled Rectangular Copper Wire

1.Higher partial discharge initiation voltage(PDIV). The higher PDIV value of the conductor,the longer the aging life of the insulation system of the motor.

2.High Corona resistance. Improve corona resistance, can reduce the pratial discharge enamel film erosion, extend the service life of the motor.

3.Smaller eccentricity of enamel film. The smaller eccentricity, the better uniformity of the enamel film,the better electrical propertiessuch as Corona resistance.

4.Good film flexibility and adhesion. Good flexibility and adhesion,to avoid cracking at the end of the film when bending.

5.High electrical conductivity.Good electrical conductivity,low copper consumption, improve motor efficiency and service life.

6.Low oxygen content. Low oxygen content,good welding quality,can improve the service life of the motor.
