Special needle punch sanforizing blanket style with heat and chemical resistant synthetic fibres available for the most modern machines with pressurized steam.

Nomex Felt for Heat Transfer Printing Calender are made of 100% nomex fiber. This kind of felt is the main component of the heat transfer printing machines.

The prints on the papers are transferred to the fabric using high temperature under pressure. The purpose of the sublimation felt is to press the fabric against the printed paper, both against the heated drum. The contact between the fabric and the printed paper needs to be long enough, to ensure the transfer of the dyestuffs to the fabric. Heat transfer printing is an economical way to print synthetic fabrics.
