Parameter setting and hierarchical protection strategy
Temperature threshold setting: Set multi-level temperature trigger points through the protection board control IC (such as X1 chip):
Level 1 protection (early warning): Reduce the charge and discharge current when the battery cell temperature is ≥55℃;
Level 2 protection (cut-off): Completely disconnect the MOS tube and stop working when the temperature is ≥75℃.
Linkage logic configuration:
Master-slave priority: Set the battery cell temperature as the main control signal and the ambient temperature as the auxiliary signal, giving priority to responding to abnormalities of core components;
Delay control: Set a reasonable delay (such as 5 seconds) for non-critical temperature fluctuations to avoid false triggering

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.
4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
