Description


Working principle of LW-J750 Industrial Cold Welding Machine

Using capacitor energy storage, the electrical energy stored in the capacitor is instantly released between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece in the form of a pulsed arc. The instantaneous and precise concentrated current generated by the high-frequency arc discharge makes the temperature after welding less than the workpiece emission Temperature, so as to achieve the cold welding effect.


The difference between it and a traditional cold welding machine?

Intelligent automation, 20 sets of parameter storage function, welding height tracking system, inner hole pile welding do not need manual, high power and high efficiency, fatigue resistance.


LW-J750 Industrial Intelligent Cold Welding Machine Application:

1. Automatic sheet metal welding: automatic arc welding, straight seam welding, welding of special-shaped parts.
Welding materials:Stainless steel, galvanized, cold rolled, iron, steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, etc.

2. Automatic cold welding & cladding: repair of outer diameter of shafts, surfacing welding of inner hole of bearing seat, roller cladding welding.
Welding materials:High-chrome cast iron, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel castings, alloy steel, mold steel, 45 # steel, etc.

3. Overlay welding wear-resistant layer: large area repair welding; welding of structural parts with pressure / flaw detection / sealing requirements.
