LW-J100 0.1-2.0mm Metal Sheet Intelligent Precision Non-deformation Cold Welding Machine

Introduction:

LW-J100 metal sheet cold welding machine is a new type of cold welding machine developed for the metal sheet industry for welding metal plates in 0.12-2.0mm thickness. This machine is small in size and high in efficiency. It can be quickly used by those who have no experience in welding machine operation. The solder joints are silver-white, and there is no need for polishing in the later stage.

Application areas:

Chassis cabinets, stainless steel decoration, stainless steel kitchen equipment, metal doors and windows, advertising signs, ventilation ducts.

Conductive metals such as stainless steel, galvanized sheet, iron, copper, aluminum, titanium alloy, etc.

Performance characteristics

Capacitor energy storage pure cold welding, specially designed for metal sheet welding, minimum plate thickness is 0.12mm, stable arc starting and long service life.
1. The current release of this machine is precise and concentrated, with low heat and no thermal deformation after welding;
2. The welding seam is smooth, beautiful, silvery white fish scales, and no heat-affected zone;
3. It can be welded without welding consumables, without polishing and grinding;
4. The 0.6mm colored plate can be welded on the reverse side, and the front side is opaque;
5. The operation is simple, flexible, no need for professional welders;
6. The use cost is low, and the argon consumption is only one-fifth of the argon consumption of argon arc welding.
