ASR-8530B Paper Tear Strength Test Equipments Elmendorf Tear Tester

Application

Tearing strength tester is a new instrument manufactured by our research and development according to the new national standard. Tearing strength tester is based on the tearing principle and Elmendorf method to measure the tearing degree of paper and board. It is a basic tearing resistance tester for all kinds of paper or some kinds of cardboards with low strength.

Features

1. Angle sensor with high precision, distinguish the eed of 0.1 mN. The instrument is the highest precision, ensure the accuracy of the test error within 1%. The user can use the self - weight to display the value of the tearing strength tester.

2. The calibration can be easily carried out at any time with the weights. The built-in cycloidal friction compensation device reduces the impact of friction on the test and makes the results more accurate and stable.

3,Touch screen display in Chinese&English, friendly man-machine interface, automatic test, test data statistical processing function, miniature printer output automatic pendulum release control and the automatic memory and display, reduce the human error, is easy to operate, also make the stability and the correct results.

4. Instrument attached with special calibration weights, the built-in calibration procedure, is advantageous for the metrological calibration department (third party) for the instrument calibration calibration, enter the calibration test procedure, the calibration weights precession calibration on the screw hole, can be easily for calibration of error.
