The waste gas treatment process involves the use of gas-liquid reverse absorption through a filled spray tower. The tower works by spraying liquid in the form of mist or small droplets from the top to the bottom of the tower. The waste gas flows in the reverse direction to this, passing through the tower body to facilitate gas-liquid contact. This method effectively cools and regulates the gas and removes particles. After the demisting section, the gas is then discharged into the atmosphere.

The system's fan unit sucks the collected waste gas into the spray tower where it flows through the filling layer section of the medium responsible for the gas/liquid contact reaction. While passing through, the gas is effectively contacted with the washing liquid to absorb acidic or alkaline impurities present in the waste gas. The waste liquid is then collected into the sump and discharged to the wastewater system for further treatment. The gas is sent in by the fan and flows from bottom to top in the tower. The absorption liquid is then pumped into the top of the tower and sprayed in a countercurrent absorption movement through the liquid distribution device. The neutralized gas passes through the demisting section and is finally discharged into the atmosphere.
