Description

Product Description:

The dust collector operates by receiving dust-laden gas through an air inlet pipe and separating the larger dust particles and guiding them to fall into the ash hopper while allowing the finer dust particles to be evenly adsorbed onto the outer surface of the filter cartridge in the middle box. The clean gas then passes through the filter cartridge and exits through the upper box, out into the atmosphere via the offline valves and exhaust pipe.

The dust collection process continues as the dusts accumulate on the filter cartridge surface. Once the equipment resistance reaches the set resistance value of 1500Pa, the cleaning control device operates the electric pulse valve to activate the compressed air, which then sprays and increases the pressure in the filter cartridge to shake off accumulated dust particles and deposits them into the ash hopper for discharge through the ash discharge mechanism. The dust collector is made up of multiple parts such as the air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, airbag, pulse controller, spray valve, spray pipe and more.
