5-10% TiO2 Catalyst Loaded UV Photocatalytic Converter with 254 Nm UV Wavelength Efficacy for Indoor Air

Product Description:

Our company's Microwave Waste Gas Purification Technology is a significant scientific and technological research project. We are proud to be one of the few companies in China that uses Microwave Electrodeless Lamp Technology to treat waste gas.

The electrodeless lamp technology we use produces Ultraviolet (UV) light excited by microwaves. This Ultraviolet light has already been used in various industrial applications. With our technology, the ultraviolet dose surpasses 65mw/cm3, and the UV light with wavelengths of 185nm, 176nm, 173nm, and 254nm reaches 14% on the spectrum. The electron energy reaches 13ev, resulting in pollutants getting torn apart quickly. The oxygen molecular groups with positive charges of high-energy ions get cracked timely and become active oxygen to participate in the oxidation stage.

Our technology uses a special light beam to irradiate odorous gases like ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene. It can also crack sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene, xylene molecular chain structure. In this way, the organic and inorganic high molecular odor compound molecular chain, degrade into low molecular compounds like CO2, and H20 under the irradiation of Ultraviolet light beam.

With our technology, high ozone UV Ultraviolet light beams decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen or active oxygen. As the positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen are unbalanced, they need to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and has an immediate removal effect on malodorous gases and other irritating odors.

The purification equipment uses C-wave light beams and ozone to carry out a synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas. This action degrades and converts malodorous gas substances into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, after the malodorous gas gets input into this purification equipment using the exhaust equipment. Our UV light beams also crack the molecular bonds of bacteria in the malodorous gas, destroying the bacterial nucleic acid (DNA). This is followed by using ozone to carry out an oxidation reaction, accomplishing the dual purpose of preventing bad odor and killing bacteria.

Applications:

The oxidation of pollutants is the primary function of the UV Photocatalytic converter. The device uses a combination of UV light and a catalyst to break down pollutants into harmless compounds. This process results in the purification of gas and the removal of impurities from the air. The device is highly effective and can remove a wide range of pollutants, including volatile organic compounds, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides.

The UV Photocatalytic converter is ideal for use in a variety of settings. It can be used in homes, offices, hospitals, and other indoor environments where air quality is a concern. The device can also be used in industrial settings to remove pollutants from the air and prevent secondary pollution. The device is designed to be easy to install and use, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial applications.

The size of the UV Photocatalytic converter is standard, making it easy to integrate into existing air purification systems. The device is powered by electricity, which makes it easy to operate and maintain. It is also designed to be energy-efficient, which helps to reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact.

Overall, the Delong Environmental Protection's UV Photocatalytic converter is an effective air purification tool that is ideal for a variety of application occasions and scenarios. The device's ability to remove pollutants through the oxidation process ensures that there is no secondary pollution, making it a safe and effective choice for use in a wide range of settings.
