The fluorescent ultraviolet lamp is used as the light source in the test chamber. Through the simulation of ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, the accelerated weather resistance test is carried out on the material to obtain the results of the material weather resistance.
It can simulate ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness and other environmental conditions in the natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, it can be combined into a cycle, and let it automatically complete the cycle number.
UV aging test samples and performance evaluation:
1. Use:
UV aging test chamber is suitable for all kinds of materials laboratory light source exposure method in the fluorescent ultraviolet lamp method, mainly on the material
In the outdoor changes and new materials to improve the formula and product durability test.
2. Test conditions:
2.1. The test sample is fixed on the test rack. Facing the fluorescent lamp, when the sample rack is not filled, the sample rack should be filled with a blackboard and the inner wall of the test box should be closed.
2.2. Test temperature. The light can be 50, 60, 70℃ three kinds of temperature, preferably 60℃; The temperature of the condensation stage is 50℃, and the tolerance uniformity of temperature is ±3℃.
2.3. The cycle of light condensation can be selected as 4H light and 4H condensation or 8H light and 4H condensation. After 400 ~ 450H of the first light, each row of tubes needs to be replaced with one fluorescent lamp, and the other tubes should compensate for the loss caused by the aging of the tubes according to the lamp cycle and replacement method. This operation mode ensures the service life of each lamp in 1600 ~ 1800H.
2.4. When replacing the lamp tube, dry the water tray and clean it to avoid the formation of scale.
3. Test sample and performance evaluation:
3.1. Evaluation of appearance: the paint is mainly the evaluation of appearance, plastic and rubber can also carry out appearance evaluation when necessary, check the main items are luster, color change, powder, spots, bubbles, cracks and dimensional stability. Should try to use the instrument for quantitative item detection, such as luster, color difference meter.
3.2. Evaluation of mechanical and other properties: tensile strength, elongation, hardness measurement for general rubber materials, impact strength, fracture elongation, tensile strength, bending strength measurement for plastics, if necessary, other performance test items can be specified.
