Description:
This series chamber is to simulate and strengthen the natural climate influenced by solar radiation, temperature, humidity, condensation, rain and other major aging damage environmental factors, observation and analysis the change of material. The test chamber is for doing ground solar radiation test, to view the influence of equipment and components, the main features on simulation environment are the ground observed solar spectrum energy distribution and the strength of the composite absorbing energy with control temperature conditions.
It is mainly used in the nonmetallic materials, organic materials (paint, coating, rubber, plastic, etc.) in simulated climate aging test. And widely used in: rubber, plastic, paint, oil, chemical industry, automobile, textile and other industries.
Xenon aging test chamber can simulate the full sunlight spectrum of xenon arc lamp to reproduce the destructive light waves in different environments, to provide the appropriate environmental simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control.
Main Feature:
1, Ventilation system: Automatic controlled by temperature controller, and inner chamber cooled by refrigerating system
2, Back panel thermometer: adopt wired transmission technology, which highly improve the control accuracy.
3, Temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance thermocouple.
4, Equip with intelligent temperature and humidity controller, with PID adjustment and rapid self-turning. It can set several parameters to do cyclic test, directly digital temperature display for easy reading.
5, Multiple protective devices: Over temperature protection, water leakage alarm, over pressure of compressor, electricity leakage protection, alarm and auto power offer protection. In order to protect Xenon light, the light will turn off automatically once open the door.
