Custom Battery High Speed Nail Penetration Test Chamber
Principle: The core is placed in the test plate, the motor filament double electric cylinder structure, the pallet of fixed needles, attached to the beam of the electric cylinder, to do free descending movement, the speed is controlled by the electric cylinder, full stroke mechanical positioning, double magnet suction cut-off (non-elastic collision, full stroke without deceleration, to the designated position of the core (to avoid the second pinning), to reach a certain penetration depth, or penetration stay for a certain period of time, and then push out the steel needle, or immediately pull out the needle. The data is collected and transmitted to the computer through the voltage sensor installed on the temperature sensor of the core to determine whether its performance is qualified.
