Slow Curing Deep Pour Epoxy Resin 2 Parts 55mm Thick Resist Chemicals
Quick Details Of Deep Pour Epoxy Resin:
Deep casting resin is a slow curing epoxy resin with 2 parts (2 parts A and 1 part B) that, when mixed with a hardener B, forms a sturdy and hard finished product. Resins can resist most household chemicals and can withstand surface temperatures of around 90-105 ° C. The deep casting formula enables the product to be cast in large quantities of 55mm without generating exothermic heat. Very suitable for deep pouring. After pouring the product into the mold, let the resin precipitate, so that bubbles and foam float on the surface. Any residual bubbles or foam can be removed with a hot-air gun or blowtorch.
Features Of Deep Pour Epoxy Resin:
1. Good thermal stability and low shrinkage
2. Very durable and scratch resistant
3. Excellent defoaming formula
4. Highest yellowing resistance
5. Self-leveling & high gloss
6. Ideal for all casting and art projects
Advantages Of Deep Pour Epoxy Resin:
Deep Pour epoxy is a two part, crystal clear deep casting resin that is design for projects that require pouring thickness exceeding 2 ". Its convenient formula requires a 2:1 ratio, which will result in stunning projects with glass like finishes. You can even pour multiple thick layers with a depth over 2 inches. Customize your crafts with vibrant colors, such as glitter, mica powder, liquid dye and more!
