The solution to this problem is to turn the lower door on and off to control the separation of the ground switch, the closing of the switch, and the movement of the circuit breaker's vehicle: in the event that the lower door is not closed, the ground switch can be divided, but the circuit breaker's vehicle can not enter the working position from the test position: the door must be closed first and the ground switch must be separated. Only from the test position can the handcart enter the working position to close the switch operation to ensure the safety of the person. Based on this initial scheme, Wenzhou New Aircraft has designed a set of interlocks(as shown in Figure 1) on the basis of the original interlocks. The interlock mechanism works as follows: when the door is closed, the tongue plate mounted on the lower door(6) pushes the push plate(12), thus driving the shaft pin on the support assembly(5) backwards(13), the ground switch can be divided, the ground switch can be operated, and the bending plate on the ground switch actuator interlock device(17) can be reset freely, the guide rail is released and the circuit breaker can work normally .
