The Indoor high voltage isolation switch GN30-12 is new design for rotating contact type switch , there have insulators and contacts .

The isolation switch has no arc extinguishing device, although the rules stipulate that it can be operated in cases where the load current is less than 5A, but it is generally not load-bearing. But the isolation switch structure is simple, it can be seen at first glance from the appearance of the state of operation, when overhauling obviously break point.
