Less dust tooling board brasion resistant epoxy board used for casting foundry mould
Lh-tool ® high temperature and low die plate provides excellent stability and versatility. Its high glass transition temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) make it suitable for vacuum forming applications where other epoxy board products may soften or deform.
Our rigid polyurethane products meet your mold and mold applications. We can provide you with specified different density, different hardness, and different colors of materials, for your prototype design and CNC machining mold to provide powerful help, we provide customers with quality after-sales service, a global marketing network, to create value for customers
Medium density polyurethane panels, machined panels - all are used to produce master models and prototype tools. Decades ago, in place of traditional line and plaster modeling techniques, mold panels were made of a filler polymer material. Die plates can be glued together to form larger blanks and chunks that can be digitally machined from models or tools.

At present, the mold is in great demand. Many companies (listed in alphabetical order below) produce inventory of mold plates of various densities, suitable for creating models, low-running prototype tools, or production fixtures. Although the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) can be quite high, up to 30-40 in/in/°F x 10-6, ease of processing and relatively high strength make the material suitable for many applications. Hollow glass microspheres are commonly used as fillers to reduce weight and help control dimensional stability.
