75D Hardness 0.7 Density Epoxy Tooling Board Heat resistant up to 150C
Product Description
Lh-tool ® high temperature and low die plate provides excellent stability and versatility. Its high glass transition temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) make it suitable for vacuum forming applications where other epoxy board products may soften or deform.
Our rigid polyurethane products meet your mold and mold applications. We can provide you with specified different density, different hardness, and different colors of materials, for your prototype design and CNC machining mold to provide powerful help, we provide customers with quality after-sales service, a global marketing network, to create value for customers
LH TOOL WB0700 is a high quality 700 kg/m³ epoxy tooling board. This rigid epoxy tooling block is recommended for demanding applications for CNC machining of highly accurate models, patterns or masters as well as production tools/moulds.
Epoxy is the tooling board of choice for high temperature applications and is essential when making prepreg composite moulds or components where, at elevated temperature, this epoxy pattern material will not inhibit the cure of prepregs in the same way that polyurethane (PU) board will.
