ERW219*8mm high precision ERW pipe mill machine max.8 inch

ERW219 high frequency straight welded pipe production line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ89mm-Φ219mm with 2.0mm-8.0mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

I. Brief introduction:

89mm welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes of 32mm-89mm in OD and 1mm-4.5mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.

II. Basic Technical Information:

1.Specification of pipes

Pipe OD: 32mm-89mm Thickness: 1mm-4.5mm

Square tube: 25mm×25mm 70mm×70mm, Thickness: 1mm-3.0mm

Length: 6 -12m Length Tolerance: ±3mm

2.Raw Material:

Material: Carbon steel coil(GB Q195-Q345); Alloy steel coil; API 5L X42-X80

3. Tube mill

Production Speed : 20-60m/min

Direction : left to right or right to left from operator`s side decided by customers.
