loading Car is steel welding structure, has lifting saddle and transverse car two parts.Lifting saddle is four-column guide rod type, oil cylinder lifting saddle.Transverse car is steel structures, on the car body is equipped with four wheels.the car driven by a motor, walking along on the rail which fixed in basis.

The uncoiler is of the structure of one cone. Used to support steel coil and provide raw material for production line.The machine is mainly composed of base, main shaft, rotary support, pneumatic brake device system, for expansion cantilever type.hydraulic expanding and Pneumatic driving

The straight head is main used to lead the new coil steel head feed into the flattener unit after uncoiler unit bring the coil into the working place

The leveling machine is used for leveling the steel strip head and end, makes it easy for shear and welder.

Shear &welder is used to cut the irregular ends of the strips and then connect the strips by welding.

The horizontal accumulator is main include in press& carry material device, accumulator assemble, carry off material unit, electric control unit.

Forming machine. The steel strip go into the forming stand then in the forming part into a round shape, then be welded and shaped to the square.
